School of Mathematics Adjunct Professor Santosh Vempala and Georgia Tech alumnus Ben Cousins (Ph.D. ACO 2017) were honored for their method of estimating the volume of a convex body.

This fall, the College of Sciences will debut three new minors, a new Ph.D. program, and a new “4+1” B.S./M.S. degree program. 

Alexander Divoux, a mathematics and computer science major, is among the recipients of the 2025 Provost's Academic Excellence Awards.
